Givenchy Beauty offers complimentary returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that items are in their original, unopened packaging and include all promotional gifts. For hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetic products cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account or visit our 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and generate your pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare the Parcel
Carefully pack the unused products in their original Givenchy box, ensuring all protective materials and any complimentary samples are included.
Ship the Package
Affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.
Refund Processing
Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
